The short version

This site collects almost nothing. There are no analytics trackers, no advertising scripts, and no cookies. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send through the contact form.

What is stored on your device

One thing: your light-or-dark theme preference, kept in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

The contact form

If you send a message, we receive the details you typed: your name, email address, company (if given), and message. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-processing service that passes your message to our email and does not sell or reuse your data. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not share your information with anyone else.

Your rights under POPIA

Bezalel Software processes personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You may at any time:

• ask what personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete it.

If you believe your personal information has been mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Changes

If the site ever starts collecting more than described here (for example privacy-respecting analytics), this page will be updated first.
